Bulk wardrobe management
Repost, reprice, hide, or delete many listings at once — plus CSV in and out.
The Items tab in the extension panel loads your entire wardrobe — up to ~5,000 listings — with search across title, brand, and SKU, sortable columns, and a column picker. Select any number of listings and act on all of them at once.
Available bulk actions
- Repost — send the whole selection through the repost engine, with photo modifications and optional price drops.
- Duplicate — create copies of listings (saved as drafts by default), useful for multi-quantity items.
- Change price — set a fixed price, or increase/decrease by an amount or percentage across the selection.
- Edit fields — bulk-rewrite titles and descriptions (set, append, or find & replace) and reassign brands.
- Hide / show — take listings offline temporarily without deleting them.
- Delete — remove listings permanently (with confirmation).
- Follow / unfollow — follow the sellers behind the selected items, or grow your audience with the follow tools (follow back your followers, follow a user's followers, and more — each capped and paced).
- Boost views — queue the selection for the view-booster automation.
Your own inventory fields
Beyond Vinted's own data, each listing carries local, inline-editable metadata: SKU, storage location, purchase price, restock settings, and per-item offer rules. It's a lightweight inventory system that lives right in the panel — and syncs into the auto-offer engine where relevant.
CSV import & export
Your wardrobe can be exported to CSV at any time — every listing with its photos, attributes, stats, and your local metadata. You can also import a CSV to create draft listings in bulk (Shopify export columns are understood too), which pairs well with AI autofill for stock you haven't written up yet.
Batches are paced
Like everything else, bulk actions run with human-like delays that scale with batch size. Large batches keep working in the background while you do something else.
