Inbox automation
Quick replies, bulk replies, and an AI agent that answers buyers for you.
Buyers who get an answer within minutes buy more often. Sellu gives you three levels of inbox automation, from canned responses to a fully automatic AI agent — both in the panel's Inbox tab and directly inside Vinted's own message composer.
Quick replies
Save your most common answers — measurements, shipping times, bundle discounts — and send
them with one click. An ⚡ Quick replies menu appears right in the marketplace's
message composer, @username is replaced with the buyer's name, and your most-used
replies float to the top.
Bulk replies
Select multiple conversations and send the same message to all of them, with per-buyer personalization. Useful for announcing a sale or nudging buyers who went quiet. A Generate with AI option drafts the message from the selected threads for you.
AI smart agent
The smart agent reads incoming questions and answers them automatically using your own AI key. It reads the conversation and the listing being discussed, so answers are specific, not generic.
- Runs in the background as an automation, or on demand via the 🤖 AI reply button in any conversation
- Configurable tone and an optional custom system prompt (for example: never accept an offer, always mention bundles)
- Replies are kept short, friendly, and sales-oriented
Stay organized
The inbox doubles as a lightweight CRM: filter by unread or needs-reply, add private notes to conversations, and create your own labels. Bulk mark-as-read keeps the badge count honest, and every conversation opens on the correct marketplace with one click.
Follow-up nudges
The follow-up automation sends a configurable nudge to conversations awaiting your reply — one of the highest-converting messages a seller can send. Each thread is nudged at most once.
